I am in my mid 40s and I had gained more weight then I thought when I stepped on the scale, not something I did often.  But my clothes just were not fitting as they used to. I am fortunate to have a Wellness Coach in my back pocket and was speaking to her about weight gain.  She shared 2 golden nuggets with me, both super simple, however both that helped me release the weight.   Mindy knows the body, she knows food, she knows health, but the thing that is best about Mindy is she knows what middle age can be like for women.  I am so grateful for her advice.  And I also love having someone I can share my success along the way with and I love feeling better in my old clothes again.  Mindy is a great coach, who truly cares about your health, happiness and overall well-being.
